Registration:
The registration fee of € 950 includes: 2 nights of accommodation, unlimited access to all scientific sessions, lunch/dinner and coffee breaks as well as all housing and catering offered at the meeting from Thursday through Saturday, a social event on Friday evening and the fee for the CMR Exam at the EuroCMR 2013 meeting. (only CMR exam fee, not whole EuroCMR course fee - dates to be announced).
Registration has to be made via this website; payment is only possible by credit card through the online system.

Cancellation:
Refund of fees, less 25 % administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until April 30th, 2012. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to demand compensation from the organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by Force Majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
With his/her registration, the participant accepts these terms.

Confirmation:
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as proof for your registration.
